The Story
Belgium 1999, the band originally called "La buveuse d'Absynthe" was composed by Nico, Francois and singer Vincent.
Fred, the actual drummer, joined the band in 2001 and with him, they renamed the band "MissesNice".
A few months later, following Vincent's departure, Nico became the lead vocals.
They multiply gigs and jams sessions around the country.
In October 2002, confident about their music and style, MissesNice decides to fly to London leaving its native Belgium and Bass player behind.
A year and a few auditions later, MissesNice finally found the missing element, his name is John, John B's. Their objective: The London Stage
Since then, they regularly played in a lot of venues around London. Their biggest achievement so far has been the UK final of the international 2005 Emergenza competition for which they played at the famous Astoria 2. At this big event, Misses Nice and in particular Nico was awarded "Best UK guitar player"...
And that's only the beginning...

On Drums, Fred, graduated in sound engineering, Belgium, and from the Drumtech school, London is always able to surprise us all by improvising such unexpected and technically powerful solos. He rythms the gigs and your feet jump with him...
The Britisher and younger element of MissesNice is John. This classic-trained pianist joined the band as The so-wanted Bass player. His style is unique and with him, you'll never seat quietly when they're playing!!!
